Rhonda Marion

Rhonda Marion, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as the Executive VP and Chief People Officer for Donor Network West joining the team in 2019. Previously, Rhonda was Chief of Human Resources for Community Health Center Network and her career has spanned both business leadership and human resources where she has helped organizations realize their potential through organizational design and development. Rhonda holds a dual certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources & Corporate Management from California State East Bay. As part of her own values and business strategies, Rhonda has found that helping organizations enrich their diversity, equity and inclusion is rewarding both personally and professionally.

Rhonda’s hobbies are construction, gardening, and interior design.
