Photo Submissions
To have a photo of your loved one included in the Memory Book and Ceremony Slide Show, it must be submitted by TBD, 2024. Photo will be submitted through the RSVP form.

- Minimum photo size is 4x6 (576 x 863px)
- JPEG or PNG format
- Portrait orientation preferred
- No collages or screenshots
- Please have the photo saved with your loved one's name as the file name
Donor Memorial Quilt
Donor Network West invites you to create a quilt square for one of our Donor Memorial Quilts. Each quilt square is meant to commemorate the life of your loved one and the gift of life graciously given. If you are attending a ceremony, feel free to bring your quilt square with you and you will have a chance to pin it on a future quilt.
